He was predeceased by: his parents, Hank and Vivian; his wife Sherryl; his brother Gene; his nephew Trent Duffus; and his nieces, Theresa Duffus and Shelly Flohr.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Marnie) of Pine Bluffs, WY and Julie Goyen (John) of Cheyenne, WY; his grandchildren, Jessica Burton Jr (Ronald), Erica Poelma (John) of Cheyenne, WY and Jason Willoughby of Pine Bluffs, WY; his great grandchildren, Ronald Burton III of Ronald Burton, Adam Poelma and Jacob Poelma; his sister Marjorie Duffus (Frederick) of Littleton, CO; and his sister-in-law Shirley Willoughby of LaGrange, WY.
