He is survived by: his parents, Fred Constable and Etta Mae Constable (Sisson); his children, Sandy Rempel (Steve) of Hutchinson and Howard Constable of Omaha, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Tesla McCauley (Jared), Shelby, Torin Constable, Garrett and Emily Rempel; and his sisters, Vernetta Woodman, Alice Swaim and Betty Stroup (Ned). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
