Collins; his children, Nona Winter of Pine Bluffs and Lindsey Winter of Cheyenne; his grandchildren, Shannon Henry, Logan Winter, Brandon Winter (Kasi Patterson), Torey Floy (Alisha), Tia Winter (Dalton Clark) and Bryce Winter; his great grandchildren, Anthony and Jayden; his sister Karen Lind of Ft. Collins; and his stepdaughter Dawn Jordan of Ft. Collins.
