She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hedrick and Mary Hedrick (Gaylord); her parents-in-law, Ruth and Frank Howard; her sister-in-law Norma Lee Smith (Aunt Sissy); her sons, Joe Bryan Howard and Jody Howard; her granddaughter Brooke Howard; and her brother-in-law Larry Pettus.
She is survived by: her husband Larry J. Howard of Pavillion, Wyoming; her children, Anthony Howard (Teresa) and Kristan Lock (Alden); her grandchildren, Kelsie, Kortnie, Kassidy, Kaleb and Kodie; her brother-in-law Buddy Howard (Paula); and her sister Cheryl Pettus. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (2203 W Main St, Riverton, WY 82501). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at the Mountain View Cemetery (3540 W Main St, Riverton, WY 82501).
