He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Harper and Leona Harper; his brother Gerry Harper; and his nephews, Gerry Jr. and Travis Harper.
He is survived by: his children, Jordan Harper (Alejandra) and Chelsie Sparks; his brothers, Mike, Tim (Brenda) and Rod Harper (Tana); and his grandchildren, Isabella Harper, Cooper, Chloe and Bentley Sparks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
