He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Townsend and Katherine Townsend; his former wife Karen Sue; his siblings, Kay Linton and Charles Townsend; his siblings-in-law, Jack Linton, Morris Brown and Nancy Bock; his niece Eva Marie Bock; and his nephew Corey Bock.
He is survived by: his children, Curtis Townsend (Lisa) and Lori Kremke (Kurt); his wife Kathy; his siblings, June Brown and Mark Townsend (Leslie); his siblings-in-law, Pat Townsend and Larry Dean Bock (Sandra); his grandchildren, Wheaton Kremke (Ashley), Natasha Townsend (Ian), Bailey Koster (Kyle), Katherine Townsend, Keenan Kremke (Jasmyn), Kallie Townsend, Madison Townsend, Amaya Kremke and Andrew Townsend; his great grandchildren, Savannah Lorenz, Kannon Kremke, Vanessa Cole, Vera Jo Koster and Lettie Koster; and his nieces, Dawn Warren (Kris), Kathy Stark (Jeff), Colleen Aungst, Stephanie Bonner (Bob), Amber Townsend, Kari Zimmerman (Jerome) and Kara Lenardson (Tony).
Visitation will be Tuesday September 7 from 3-7 p. m. Masks are optional, but we are asking for everyone to follow social distancing protocols.
