She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Christensen and Alma Christensen; her husband John D'Amico; and her children, Chris and Ann.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her granddaughter's nonprofit Wy's Rides, PEO and their continuing education fund for working mothers or Davis Hospice Center.
