He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Roth Llewellyn and Roy Cummings Jr.; his uncle Abram Cummings; and his aunt Lois Gabreil. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Cummings; his sisters, Tammy Mullen and Cheryl Cummings; his sons, Roy Allan Cummings Jr. and Jared Dean Cummings; his daughters-in-law, Florence Cummings and Nicole Cummings; and his grandchildren, Aaliyah Banks, Zoi Martinez, Keondre Cummings, Skyler Cummings, Amesha Cummings, Aiden Cummings and Kenyan Cummings.
