He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Mills (Dennis); his sisters, Patricia Garrey of Sheridan, WY and Cathy Stanton (Ron) of Rock Springs, WY; his son Chris Mills (Tonia); his grandsons, Tyler Mills and Kyle Mills (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Ashlynn Mills and Karben Mills of Newcastle, WY; his son Craig Mills (Candy) of Clive, IA; and his grandchildren, Cailee Mills of Orlando, FL, Caitlin Mills of Omaha, NE and Carter Mills of Fairbanks, AK..
