He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shumake of Newcastle, WY; his children, Lola Shumake, Reece Shumake (Jessica), Jerry Hansen, Jim Hansen and Fritz Deines (Pat); his grandchildren, Brendon, Zacharie, Kelsey, Angelyse, Desiree and Riley; and his siblings, Syd Shumake, Renee Buchanan (Paul) and Shannon Muessman (Keith). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to the family's choice.
