She is survived by: her son Michael D. Moore (Melissa); her siblings, Deloris McCarthy of Baraboo, WI, Dwight Chamberlain (Angel) of Orlando and Michael Chamberlain (Judy) of Des Moines; and also Santa. She is also survived by three granddaughters, three great grandchildren.
