He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Porter and Fern Porter; his son Tyler Porter; his father-in-law Louie Genoff; and his sister Mary McGlaughlin.
He is survived by: his former spouse Deby Lynch; his wife Cindy Genoff of Newcastle; his daughters, Heather Dillinger (Gerey), Sarah Bruns (Travis) of Gillette and Christy Porter (John Schlautmann) of Sparks; his grandchildren, Drew (Kirsten), Chase, Isabelle (Cruz), Kylie (Kenyan), Kaelin, Shelby, Cody, Ty, Sophie, Dominick, Karter, Landri, Kam and Ezra; his siblings, Mike Porter, Danny Porter (Sandy), Kathie Morgan (Gene), Ruth Liggett and Sandy Clouse (Jake); his mother-in-law Iris Genoff; his sisters-in-law, Vickie Greve (Harley) and Tina Genoff (Ingrid); and his pets, Daisy and Lilly. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
