It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Singer of Newcastle, Wyoming, born in Upton, Wyoming, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma "Collene" Patterson and Paul Patterson; and her brother Charles Homer Patterson. She is survived by: her husband John Robert Singer; her stepsons, Daniel, David and Jeffery Singer; and her siblings, Kathryn "Marie" Poor, Elizabeth Anne Elder and William Neil Patterson. She is also survived by spouses, and five grandchildren.
