He is survived by: his stepfather George Lewis "Judd" Grummons; his wife Gloria; his sons, Kelly Grummons of Lakewood, CO, Paul Grummons (Lucky) and George Grummons of Newcastle; his sisters, Opal Forbes (Ricky) of Thorton, CO, Cora Petersen (Doug) of Parade, SD and Joann Boggs (Mark) of Edgemont, SD; his grandchildren, Jessica Grummons of Newcastle, Jennifer Ide (Taylor) of Cheyenne, WY, Christopher Grummons and Heather Grummons of Newcastle; his great grandchildren, Aleya Grummons, Silas and Samuel Bridges; his nephews, Justin, Levi Boggs, Carl and Curtis Petersen; and his aunt Helen Nicolls.
A memorial has been established to the Newcastle Volunteer Fire Department.
