She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her grandson Jackson Bivens. She is survived by: her children, Dottie Sylte (Mark), Phil Cunningham (LaNita), David Cunningham (Marilyn), Diane Cunningham Gafford (Fritz) and Brenda Bivens (Steve). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Weston County Health Services Foundation for scholarships for the Weston County Manor employees in memory of Alice Cunningham.
