He was predeceased by: his parent Olevia Nadine Collins (Thronburg); his daughter Lori Collins Hernandez; his father Roy E. Collins; and his siblings, Russell Collins, Leland Collins, Reba Odde, Lillie Stockman and Polly Collins Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Collins of Mountain View, WY; and his children, Pete Collins (Lacy) of Lyman, WY, Candy McFall (Butch) of Bairoil, WY, Sean Morgan (Lauri) of Mountain View, WY, Chris Morgan (Desiree) of Pocatello, ID and Bobby Morgan of Ft. Bridger, WY. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 13 Great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
