He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Michael Byrne and Edith Wood Byrne; his wife Louise Lloyd; and his siblings, Dorothy, Dona and Edwin "Jack" Byrne.

He is survived by: his daughter Konne Rife (Charlie) of Torrington; his grandchildren, Trevor, Jenny Rife, Nick, Garrett, Kelsey Byrne and Katy Rudd; and his great grandchildren, Blaze and Thea Byrne.

Memorials donations may be sent to Help for Health in Riverton or The Shriner's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
