He is survived by: his mother Debra Ann Charon; his wife April Jaques; his siblings, Josh Jaques (Kylie), Joseph Jaques, Christopher Jaques (Laura), Brandie Wise (Chuck), Jodi Charon, Theresa Charon (Grant), Bridget Cole (Alan) and Kodi Charon; his children, Ion Jaques, Jocelyn Lennon, Samantha Jaques, Justis Charon (Jaques), Aedin Jaques, Will Britney and Harlan Whitlock; and his grandchildren, Kaizer, Atlas, Jordyn, Carter and Kimber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
