He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bower and A. Louise Bower (Cowen); and his sister Kathleen Whitaker. He is survived by: his former wife Patsy L. Kemp; his wife Pat of Riverton; his daughters, Shana Cassity (Roy Allen) and Tina Keele (John); his grandchildren, Jennifer Gardner (James), Shamae Cassity and Lalauni Wood; his great grandchildren, Megan, McLean, Madison Gardner, Hayden, Brodie Blumenshine, Kaitlyn Cassity, Dameon, Vidya Wood and Raymond Baldes; and his siblings, Herb Bower, Susan Wilkerson and Margaret Wells.
Due to the COVID 19, the family will announce when they will have a Celebration of Ed's Life at a later date.
