He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Marguerite; his son Kenneth Edward Burr; his daughter-in-law Linda Burr; and his siblings, Mildred Mooney, Evelyn Fisher, Charles Burr, Walter Burr, Curtis Burr and Leslie Burr.
He is survived by: his children, Cristy Lee Ludemann (Gary) of Springview, Cathy Jo Tibbs (Bill) of Douglas, Wyoming and Melvin Dennis Burr of Mount Morris, Illinois; his daughter-in-law Twyla Burr of Upton, Wyoming; his sister-in-law Doris Burr of Mesa, Arizona.; and his grandchildren, Steven Schiller (Kristine), Sheri Blackburn (Donald), Lori Castorena (Isidro), Chad Ludemann, Stacey Farnsworth (Michael), Jason Tibbs (Dina), Travis Burr (Cheryl), Wade Ludemann (Angie), Bridgette (Chad Hodson), Brandon Burr (Gizem Keysan) and Shannon Cochran (Luke). He is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorials to the Moorcroft Senior Center.
