He is survived by: his significant other Vanna Dee Blakeman; his sons, Vincent Lee Waters, Eric Austin Waters (Becky), Ward William Waters (Kristy) and Vince Waters (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Russell Waters (Melissa), Brody Waters (Anna), Cooper Waters, Brooklyn Fenstermacher (Dalton) and KyAnne Karrels; and his great grandchildren, Teigan Fenstermacher, Sawyer Waters, Liam Fenstermacher, Vincent Cash Waters, Tanner Richards, Brady Richards and Aiden Richards.
