She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Dugan; her son Joe Finley (Neda) of Raton; her husband Bill; her granddaughter Crystal Anthony; and her great grandchild Carson Atkins.
She is survived by: her children, Tessie, Clarence, James Dugan (Sookie) of Douglas, Debbie Anthony (Robert) of Manville, Alan Dugan (Melody) of Glenrock, Wyoming, Miriam DeShasier (Ed) of Glenoma, Washington and Bill Dugan (Juddee) of Douglas; her son-in-law William "Bill" Finley; her sons, William "Buzz" Finley (Kay) of El Paso, Texas, Tom Finley (Mary) of Greenwood, Indiana, Dean Finley of Crawford, Nebraska and Harvey Finley (Jessica) of Stromsburg, Nebraska; and her siblings, David Baughn of Evans, Georgia and Shirley Barkley (Allen) of Lander, Wyoming. She is also survived by her children; her four stepsons; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great, great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations in Tessie's name to the charity of their choice.
