She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Palermo and Stella Palermo; and her brothers, Samuel Palermo and Arthur Palermo. She is survived by: her significant other Ricky Kunkle; her children, Jessica Cook and Justin Kunkle; and her sisters, Mary Ann Shellhammer (Dan) of Apollo, Pamela Hawley (Ron) of Vandergrift, Cindy Baculik (James) of Freeport and Barbra Naviglia (Jack) of New Kensington. She is also survived by friends, especially her grandchildren.
