He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Otis, Sr. and Juanita Ethel Hornberger (Holiday). He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Hornberger; his children, Thressa Scott (Erin), Carol Barney (Sherwin), Dawn Dunn (Mike), Jackie Thurston (Anthony) and Glen Hornberger (Melinda); and his siblings, Ted Hornberger and Edna Schonover. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
