He is survived by: his wife Janet Kaye Condos Maxfield; his children, Alicia Elwood (Dale) of Hyde Park, Utah, Kerri Sabey (Bradon) of Lyman, Wyoming and Todd Maxfield (Alison) of Cody, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Makinna, Macie Elwood, Braxton, Karly Sabey, Kamryn and Austin Maxfield; his sisters, Renella Bluemel, Ruth Shelton and Glenys Birch; and his stepfather-in-law Gary Gaylord.
