He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jereb and Anna Jereb (Ruper). He is survived by: his wife Dana Jean Smith; his children, Dan Jereb (Shilo) of League City and Jodi Levanger (Gill) of Lyman; and his siblings, Jack Jereb (Mary) of Rock Springs, Stanley Jereb (Joanie) of Rock Springs and Ceila Young of Las Vegas. He is also survived by five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
