He was predeceased by: his grandson David. He is survived by: his wife Marla McArthur Benson; and his children, Chad Benson (Loa), Rebel Benson, Cody Denver (Shaun), Amy Jones (Dan) and Bobbi Dayton (Brad). He is also survived by 16 grandchild and 11 great grandchildren.
