It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Shelby Schutt of Lingle, Wyoming, born in Torrington, Wyoming, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Schutt (Moffott) and Fred Schutt; and his siblings, Betty Hanson, Bob and Bill Schutt.

He is survived by: his children, Dee "Boo" Herdt (Gary Herdt) and Richard Schutt, Jr.; his wife Javene Schutt; and his brother Jerry Fred Schutt.
