A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Hills Baptist Church (101 W 8th St, Lingle, WY 82223).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate, instead, that memorial contributions be made to the Platte Valley Bank, in Owen's name, for the Dubois Snow Cater Snow Mobile Club to help them buy essentials.
