It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Wayne France (Lingle, Wyoming), born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, who passed away on October 15, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Lee and Shirley Jean France (Yates); and his brothers, Greg and Brad.

Memorials may be made to the Waggin' Tails animal Shelter in Torrington in Gary's name.
