He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Barlow and Amanda Barlow (House); and his son Michael Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Barlow; his children, Michelle Herron and Lynelle; and his grandchildren, James and Aylicia Herron. He is also survived by great grandchildren; and his many adoptive children.
