He was predeceased by: his father Chuck Palmer; his son Wesley; and his siblings, Cheri and Mike. He is survived by: his mother Bernie Palmer; his former wife Cathy Southards; his wife Jama L. Barnett; and his children, Cody Palmer (Shauna), Jonie Markle (Shannon), Chris Palmer (Chrissy) and Aimee Beatty. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
