She was predeceased by: her siblings, Eula Marie, Hazel Olive, Mary Lucile, Dorothy Elizabeth, John Cleland, Wilbert Stanley, Wanda Annette, Neva Jean, Helen Louise and Robert Louis; her son-in-law Chuck Evans; and her grandson Nicholas Terry Blake.
She is survived by: her brother Virgil Glen; her children, Kathy Sue Evans (Chuck), Cindy Jo Ann Hammer (Max) and Randall Forrest Blake (Linda); her siblings-in-law, Max and Linda; and her grandchildren, Leslie Hammer, Aaron Evans (Jill), Timothy Evans (Tina), Benjamin Evans, Joshua Williamson (Rozlyn), Alexander Blake (Kristel) and Dominic Blake. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
