It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth McEllhiney of Laramie, Wyoming, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on March 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Gottermeyer and Elsa Gottermeyer (Schreiber); her husband William A. McEllhiney; her daughters, Carol Luster of East Lansing, Cathy Rosing (Matt) of Fort Collins, Marcela Faundez Fischer (Joachim) of Barcelona and Spain; her grandchildren, Anna Melville (Bradd), Ben Luster (Beth), Eric Rosing and Emily Rosing (Josh); her sister-in-law Sarah Gottermeyer; her brother Jack; and her son-in-law Tom Luster. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque's Forever Fund.
