It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phebe Rogers (Laramie, Wyoming), born in Highlands, North Carolina, who passed away on December 28, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calla Mae Watson and Ernest Boyd Norton; her former husband Dennis Rogers; her daughter Georgia Johnson; her siblings, Bill Norton, Louise Hansen and Marie Allen; and her grandson Ernie Rightmire.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Ann, Georgia Belinda and Carolyn Stinson (Greg); her granddaughters, Myriah Stinson and Natalee Brace (Nick); her great grandchildren, Eliza, Gregory and Maddie; her great great grandchild Layne; and her significant other Elvin "Al" McChesney.
