She was predeceased by: her sister Peggy Lee Doss; her parents, Pete Doss and Mildred Doss; her brothers, Michael and Patrick; and her nephews, David and Shawn.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Isaak; her sons, Jacob, Jerrod and Gentry; her grandchildren, Savanna, Madison, Baily, Brayton and Arbor Allen Worthington; her daughters-in-law, Kristy and Kristine; her cousin Jeri Sorenson; her siblings-in-law, Virgina and Larry; her friend Barb Fresquez; and also Cody Worthington.
In memory of Penny, in lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Hospice of Laramie where the staff worked with tireless compassion and energy to make Penny's last days as comfortable as possible.
