He was predeceased by: his parents, Roma Emogene Lovato (Tuenge) and Robert Lovato; his siblings, Ernie Lovato, Otto Lovato (Bobby), Robin Romero and Berna Lovato; and his niece Audre Audiss.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lovato; his children, Philip Lovato (Micki Hudson), James Lovato, Judah Lovato (Andrea) and Shemijah King; his grandchildren, Aidan Lovato and Ellie Hudson; his siblings, Anthony Lovato (Paula), John Lovato (Denine), Judene Buck, Roma Audiss, Aurmelia Decker and Ana Lovato; his sister-in-law Ida Lovato; and his grandchildren, Maxon and Matilda "Tilly" Cochran. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
