She was predeceased by: her father Frank Fowlkes; her sons, Justin and Glenn (Ann); her mother Ruth Genevieve; her half-siblings, Howard Pickerd and Toy Fowlkes; her siblings, Dee and Shirley; and her son-in-law Eddie.
She is survived by: her husband Terry; her children, Geri, Monte (Gena), Gobi (Karen), Brooke, Becky (Jeffrey), Clay (Tracy), Sydra (David), Kara (Rafi) and Aaron (Crystal); and her great grandchild Emersen. She is also survived by 46 grandchildren and 52 great grandchildren, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family members.
