She is survived by: her husband Tim Collins; her daughter Jill Collins (Mike Otto); her grandchildren, Kyle Bernaski (Sheena) and Kacey Bernaski; her great grandchild Lacey Cortes; her daughter-in-law Kathy Collins; and her sister Pat Bublitz (Jim). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
