She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Toby Kaiser and Pauline Kaiser; and her husband Richard M Pugh of Hot Springs, SD. She was also cherished by her two children and spouses, a grand-daughter and two of her sisters and numerous nieces & nephews.
