It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Catherine Regnier of Laramie, Wyoming, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baily and Opal Baily; and her siblings, Richard, John Baily and Beverly Rochester.
She is survived by: her sisters, Darlene Barnard, Rose Branson and Elizabeth Dove; her children, Richard Regnier (Shelly), John Regnier, Eric Regnier and Kristine Isaak (Jerrod); and her grandchildren, Christine Emerson (Rick), Amanda Sharp (Zack), Jessica Kramer (Jerrid), Lauren, Christian, Allison Regnier, Tayah Appel (Daniel), Ashton, Riley, Emily Regnier and Brayton Isaak.
