It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Lee DeJong (Laramie, Wyoming), born in Casper, Wyoming, who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Kristy "Kristine" Jackman; and his grandparents, Martin, Joye, Kenneth and Verla Wanberg.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason Lee and Joshua Jarom; his parents, Martin L. and Lorna J.; his parents-in-law, Kenneth Carl Jackman and Joanne Hazel Jackman; his siblings, Dwaine (Nicole), Darrel (Jessica) and Angela Ballard (Shane); and his great-niece Kristy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Montgomery-Stryker Funeral Home (2133 E Rainbow Ave, Laramie, WY 82070). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1065 N 15th St, Laramie, WY 82072).
