He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayes Parten and Margaret Parten; his wife Lupe Martinez; his brother Hayes; and his granddaughter Sienna.
He is survived by: his children, Valorie, Melody, Troylene, Trisha, Jarrett and Mark; and his siblings, Margie Wood, Mike Anderson and Pat Anderson.
