He was predeceased by: his wives, Helen Benson (Love) and Marie Braman; his daughter Debra Barr; his daughter-in-law Lisa Wolfe; his stepson Larry Braman; his granddaughter Tammy Braman; his pet Kobi; and his parents, Virgil "Dewey" Wolfe and Exie Wolfe (Wilhite).
He is survived by: his sons, Howard Jr. and Gregory Wolfe (Debi); and his grandchildren, Tambi Schappell, Randall Gilmore (Dana), Eric Barr, Shana Barr, Zachary Wolfe, Jason Magill, Stephanie Buckley, Justin Garrett, Ryan Magill and Erika Zaman. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
