He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Wood and George Wood; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife DeAnne; his sisters, Maxine and Jeanne; and his children, Leslie, Jeff and Jackie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
