It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy A. Bulgrin of Laramie, Wyoming, born in Coal Valley, Illinois, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon C. Bulgrin; her parents, Oren J. Littig and Anna Littig; her daughter Anne Oelschlaeger; and her grandson Eric Erickson.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Bulgrin; and her grandson Alec Oelschlaeger.
