It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothea D. (Klitzke) Frank in Laramie, Wyoming, who passed away on January 18, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Klitzke and Edna Klitzke (Schulze); her husband Philip; her children, Kevin Frank (Wendi), Laurie Sanchez (Tony), Wendy Frank, Jody Frank and Darcie Valstad (Kris); and her sisters, Evelyn Culles and Ellyn Thompson. She was also cherished by five Grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
