He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hooper and Redell Hooper (East); his former wife Diana Duca; and his brothers, Richard Hooper (Suzy) and David Hooper.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Johnson (Hood); his daughter Janine Reinhardt (Tim); his stepchildren, Randi Johnson (Matthew Ludlow), Shelby Antepenko (Todd) and Taylor Johnson (Kylie); his grandchild Brynley Johnson; his children, Haiden, Nolan, Deklyn and Cohen Antepenko; and his siblings, Karol Scott, Jill Hartman, Lisa Griffith (Arnie) and Lindsay Hooper (Candice Shy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and their children.
