He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Block; and his brother Lance. He is survived by: his father Richard Block; his children, Amanda (Jared) and Anthony (Gina); his wife Jill Glover; his grandchildren, Cooper, Charleigh and Ruby; and his sisters, Cathy Nelson (Bob) and Beth Kienzle (Block). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
