He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Morgan and Kathleen Morgan (Tooley); and his brother Greg Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wickman of Laramie; his children, Arthur Todd Morgan and Amy Trujillo (Tim) of Laramie; his grandchildren, Michael Trujillo (Ashly) and Ashleigh Basham (Jarrod); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Tayden, Teagan, Ezra and Rylie; his brother Allen Morgan; and his best buddy Max.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Arthur's name to Hospice of Laramie.
